Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
At Gurn Glass (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we take pride in providing premium glass products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when shopping with us.
- Due to the nature of handmade products every one will be slightly differenent. I do my best to quality check all glassware before shipping out but sometimes things happen during shipping or I missed one.
- If you believe your product is defective please send me a message with pictures of the blemished area and I will do my best to remedy the situation, whether it be a full refund or a replacement.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled class, your spot will be considered a no-show, and the class will be canceled with no refund issued.
Please note: Repeated no-shows may result in being restricted from future bookings.
